Walt has prior experience working in the office of National Second Vice President of Blacks in Government. For 5 years he served with the Speakers’ Bureau at First National Bank of Nevada as a public speaker on life experiences of being a black leader in a white working environment. Walts’ career and life has been driven by a focus to end racism and unequal opportunities for personnel within all working environments.
